Summer may be ending but before you know it Spring will be here and you know what that means, time for the Rutgers Unite Half Marathon and 8K!
Registration opens on 9.30.15 at midnight and 150 lucky runners will get in for $17.66 (for you newbies that is the year the University opened) starting at 10:00 am. It's always a fun way to celebrate opening day! Even if you don't win the free entry you still win because anyone who registers on opening day will get in for just $60.00.
Psst - 2015 teams and members you get VIP registration; which opens on 9.29.15 and you get in for only $60.00. Grab a group and start a team because it's the most fun you'll have racing!
This year the race will be held on April 17th and the team at CGI Racing has some incredible things in store for the running community. The Rutgers Unite Weekend Fest will feature a ton of great activities for not just our runners but friends and family to including the new carb crawl (local restaurants getting into the celebration). By the way...beer is a carb too.
CGI's "RUN LOCAL. GIVE LOCAL" program not only showcases our great running community but will allow CGI Racing to continue to give back to the local community. We will be announcing our 2016 Official Charity in the next month. We are proud to say that CGI Racing has donated more than $500,000 to our host communities.
