Iron Physical Therapy at Fitzgerald's Lager Run

Last month, the Iron Physical Therapy team packed up their equipment and attended the Fitzgerald's Lager Run in Glen Ridge, New Jersey. The Lager run was a 5k event open to runners, joggers, strollers, & walkers and benefited the Glen Ridge Community Fund. The event was packed with people from all over New Jersey making it a busy and exciting day, not to mention the tasty beer garden afterwards!

Dr. Mayes, and Dr. Castania stretched out runners pre and post run for optimal performance and recovery. Next door, Montclair's Fleet Feet Sports tent was filled to the brim with No Boundaries participants and we were happy to see some local Essex County runners from the Fueled By Doughnuts Running Club at the finish line!
