Meet Dr. Jeremy Nardiello, DPT at Iron Physical Therapy

Dr. Nardiello earned his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Sacred Heart University and enjoys working with patients at every level to help them #getbetterbebetter.

He is a Certified Running Gait Analyst and Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS). He has also received advanced training in ‘Rehab of the Injured Runner.’

Dr. Nardiello was passionate about baseball growing up and continues to stay active in the gym and training for half marathons.

Why did you decide to go into physical therapy?

I loved sports and science in high school. When I learned that this is a helping profession, everything seemed to fall into place. I felt like I could make a difference in people's lives.

What do you like most about being a physical therapist? 

I love getting to know various different types of people. I think the beauty of our job is realizing how much we can learn from our patients and their experiences. It truly is a collaborative effort and the experience is so different for everyone

How would your friends describe you?

Type A with a sense of humor, hard working, empathetic 

What’s your favorite way to stay active? 

Playing golf, coaching soccer, gym workouts

Cashier at Hollister

Any furry friends?

Our Austalian cattle dog Nash

How do you like to stay active?

I really enjoy running, which has become my main source of being active. I enjoy trying to get my friends and family into it with me. 

What’s one thing on your bucket list?

Travel, travel, travel- as much as possible

How many pairs of shoes do you own?

10-12 (Running shoes have driven that number up!)

Do you play a musical instrument?

I actually grew up playing the drums
