“After being unsuccessful elsewhere and a subsequent re-injury, I took my son to Iron. They were truly amazing. His plan was highly individualized and they kept the exercises relevant and interesting to keep him engaged for 6 weeks. The whole team is engaging and create such a fun atmosphere to make the work pass by quickly. He has been cleared to return to sports, is pain free and has a better understanding of how to take care of his body as an athlete to prevent future injury.”
