A native of SC, Dr. Mayes earned a business degree from Furman where he was part of their Nationally Ranked Division I Soccer Team. He then launched a successful corporate career before pursuing his passion for physical therapy and opening Iron PT in 2011.
Dr. Mayes is well respected as an expert in healthy movement and performance. He is a lululemon ambassador and has been quoted by Runner's World Magazine and interviewed by Business Insider and ABC news.

Dr. Wortman serves as the Clinic Director for Iron Physical Therapy’s Midland Park Location.
She earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Richard Stockton College of NJ and has over 15 years of clinical experience.
Dr. Wortman has completed rigorous courses in Active Release Technique (ART), The McKenzie Method, Kinesio Taping, Pose Method Running Technique, Spinal Manipulation and IASTM.

Dr. Maginnis earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Quinnipiac University and has over 7 years of clinical experience.
Dr. Maginnis has an impressive background as an athlete and coach. She was a Division 1 Women’s Volleyball Assistant Coach, and she is also a Level 2 USA Weightlifting Coach and CrossFit Level 1 trainer.
She has completed additional training in the Graston Technique, Concussion and Vestibular Rehabilitation, SFMA and Mulligan Manual Therapy.
Dr. Aherne went to SUNY Brockport and then earned his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from George Washington University.
He has received advanced training in strength and conditioning, concussion/vestibular issues and completed a Titleist certification in treating golfers.
Dr. Aherne stays active coaching soccer, playing golf, and hitting the gym.
Dr. Nardiello earned his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Sacred Heart University and enjoys working with patients at every level to help them #getbetterbebetter..
He is a Certified Running Gait Analyst and Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS). He has also received advanced training in ‘Rehab of the Injured Runner.’
Dr. Nardiello was passionate about baseball growing up and continues to stay active in the gym and training for half marathons.
